John Blumberg is a partner and founder of Blumberg & Rath. A longtime member of the bars of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Mr. Blumberg has broad experience in estate and trust law, and business-related legal practice. His clientele includes individuals, and commercial firms, such as drug and medical device manufacturers, shippers, and franchisees. He advises and assists clients in planning and settling complex estates, negotiating and drafting contracts, buying and selling businesses, securing trademark registrations, and other legal matters. Mr. Blumberg is a graduate of Temple University, and Rutgers Law School, and studied Transnational Business Law and European Community Law at the University of Exeter in England.
