Jerry has degrees in economics & management, and experience as a real estate and construction manager, which combine to provide a unique first-hand understanding of the business world, plus a solid foundation allowing Jerry to understand complex business issues and to thoroughly advise his clients on such issues. Experience Jerry has gained as solicitor for government agencies also benefit his clients. During over 15 years as a Zoning Hearing Board Solicitor, Jerry has honed his skills in explaining complex legal issues to Zoning Hearing Board Members and to members of the public, which has afforded Jerry the ability to clearly, concisely and efficiently discuss clients’ legal matters with them, and to ensure his clients have a full understanding of their legal matters. Jerry's service as the Solicitor for the Montgomery County Prothonotary provides him an incomparable in-depth knowledge of court practices and procedures, as well as first-hand experience with the internal operations of a government entity. Other attorneys regularly consult Jerry on legal matters due to his vast experience and his legal acumen, and he has acted as an expert witness.
When not assisting his clients, Jerry enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children, skiing, reading, and relaxing at the beach. Jerry has volunteered for many community organizations, and has served in leadership positions, including: Member of the Montgomery County Law Library Board of Directors; President of St. Anthony of Padua Parish youth association (currently serving his 12th year); Member of the St. Anthony of Padua Youth and Family Commission (currently serving his 12th year); St. Anthony - St. Joseph Elementary School Home & School Association (served two terms as President); Ambler -Whitpain Youth Football Association (served 3 terms as vice-president). Over the last 20 years, Jerry has enjoyed coaching youth sports for many community organizations.
